The encore to a mostly all-American program, the Mathis organ (of 1997, utilizing the famous “Sun Organ” case built by Eugenio Casperini in 1703) contains both a Nachtigall (imitating the singing of the nightingale), and a Vogelgesang (imitating the warbling of birds).
